 Is broadband internet available?

Tachikawa Grand Hotel offers free highspeed internet access available in all guestrooms
via LAN cable provided. We offer Laptop rental servide at a cost of 1000 JPN yen per day.
Please inform us when you make a hotel reservation.

How can I get to the hotel from the airport?

It is about a 70 minute ride on the JR Tachikawa Station airport bus (Limousine Bus) from Haneda Airport to the Tachikawa bus station. From the bus station to the hotel is a two minute walk.

It is about a 140 minute ride on the JR Tachikawa Station. (Tachikawa is the last stop) airport bus (Limousine Bus) from Narita Airport directly to the Tachikawa Grand Hotel.

From Narita Airport on the JR Narita Express to Tachikawa Station requires 115 minutes. From the north exit of Tachikawa Station to the hotel is a two minute walk.

What is check in/ check out time?

Check in starts at 3 p.m, Check out is at 11 a.m.

Can I leave my luggage before check in?

You may store your luggage with our frontdesk 24 hours a day.

What types of breakfasts are available?

You can choose from a light breakfast-sandwich and coffee, or buffet breakfast features Japanese and American cuisine.

May I choose to stay in a non-smoking room?

Yes. However, depending on the availability of rooms, you may wish to request that we deodorize a particular room.

May I send my luggage to the hotel in advance of my visit?

We will take care of your luggage for you. When sending your luggage, please write the hotel’s address, name, and the family name of the person sending the luggage. In the notes section of the document used to send the luggage, please write the date your stay will begin and the name of the person that booked the room.
*Guests that will be attending a wedding: please write “attending the wedding of [names of those getting married]”.

Can you handle expedited residential delivery requests?

At the front desk you can have your items sent using KURONEKO YAMATO Transport service for expedited residential delivery. This service is provided 24 hours a day. Payment may be made before or after the service is provided. (Depending on the time that the items are received, items may sometimes not be sent until the next day).
